Can I _______ on the property while I am making payments?
We ask everyone to adhere to the following
(a) Buyer will not live on the property or allow any other party to live on the property, unless specifically allowed by local zoning.
(b) Buyer shall comply with all building, zoning, and health codes and other applicable laws for the use of said property.
Are you an agent that lists land for sale?
No, we are not agents who will mark up the price in order to make a hefty commission. We own all the land we sell.
Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself? Why are our properties so cheap?
Our marketing puts us in touch with landowners who need to sell their property. Often times they need the money, and are okay selling low. Then, we pass the discount along to you.
How are the properties on this site different from the ones I’d find on the MLS?
Most of the land investments you’ll find on our site aren’t on the MLS. Real estate agents list properties for sale there. Their commission plus the high buyer activity kills a lot of deals.
