How it Works

Begin your journey by choosing your desired property. To secure your parcel, simply complete the checkout form which includes a $99 down payment and a $199 document fee.
2. Sign Agreement
Within the next day or two, expect to receive the purchase agreement/Contract For Deed to e-sign in your email.
3. Welcome!
Set up your preferred payment method, whether it’s automatic debit from your checking account or credit/debit card, monthly online invoices, or payments by check or money order via mail.
